Welcome to The Koala Family! The Koala (hereon referred to as ‘The Koala’, ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’) has created this Privacy Policy to help you better understand our practices and policies regarding the personal information we collect from users that visit our website and online services.

by visiting our site and providing us with information with consent, it is important for us to process your information for the purpose of our Privacy Policy. Moreover, your Personal Information may be processed in the country in which it was gathered and in other countries, including the USA. By adding your information, you automatically agree to these terms. 

However, the “Personal Information” section includes information that helps us or any third party, to identify or contact you – i.e your name, address, contact number, email address or any other information that helps us access you. “Anonymous Information” implies the information that is outside of your personal information. It does not help in identifying  individual persons.

Ensuring the safety of children is The Koala’s utmost priority. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13, please avoid registering for these services if you are under 13. If we learn anyone under 13 is using our services we will delete their information immediately and remove them from further utilising our services.

Editing your information:

You can review and edit certain of your Personal Information by logging into the Site and accessing your Account.

Information belonging to third parties: 

This Privacy Policy is only applicable to our use and disclosure of information we collect from and/or about you on our own Site and Services. If you disclose information to others, or authorize us to do the same under this Privacy Policy, the use and disclosure restrictions contained in this Privacy Policy will not apply to any third party. The privacy policies of other third parties are not under our control. 

The Site may post content or links to other websites that are not owned or controlled by us. However, we have no control over, do not review and are not responsible for the privacy policies of the shared content. The Site may also contain links to other websites controlled by us but which operates under different privacy policies. Please review the privacy policy of any new site you visit.
